"I’m James McShane. I have been a training for 17 yrs. I am certified as an ISSA Trainer, NCCPT, NASM, Behavioral Change Specialist, and CPI (Certified Powerlifting Instructor).

I work with a variety of clients from basic health and fitness, functional movement, to competitive powerlifters.

What I love most about fitness and the greatest joy I get is the mental change that is created with clients. Clients realizing they can have success that they never thought was possible. Lift more weight then ever before, move better, have more energy, feel more confident, and create a healthy lifestyle change. Strength is never a weakness!!

No matter what a clients goal, I want to help them reach it, and then go above and beyond. Many don’t realize how strong they can be. And I want to help bring that out of them!!!

Dominique Slater is a multifaceted wellness expert with a rich background in various holistic and integrative health disciplines. As a C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) practitioner, he focuses on personalized, holistic approaches to physical training and health. His expertise is further enhanced by his training as a Poliquin practitioner, emphasizing strength training and athletic performance. Additionally, Dominique is a functional neurologist with a specialization in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), integrating ancient healing practices with modern neuroscience.
"I am is passionate about inspiring others to achieve optimal health and well-being through movement, my approach is deeply rooted in a holistic understanding of the body and mind,", and he is dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

My name is Jocelyne. I’m an ISSA certified personal trainer . I am a competitive powerlifter who holds 18 state records, 6 national records and 4 world records. I have 10 years experience in general fitness. I specialize in weight loss, strength training , corrective exercise, and general fitness. I am also working on becoming a nutrition specialist. I enjoy working with all stages of fitness from beginner to advanced. I am here to inspire women to be strong, feel comfortable in their bodies, and ultimately create a lifestyle change. We are more capable than we think, and sometimes we just need a push to see that. I’m excited to help you achieve your goal.

I am a wellness lover and have been in the industry for 5 years through group classes, personal training and nutrition coaching as well as bodybuilding coaching. I have worked primarily with females in my career helping them to achieve the aesthetic they desire while putting health and wellness first. I look forward to welcoming you into your day at Chapter 1 (usually while dancing).
