I built Chapter One from a deeply personal place. At my heaviest, I was 130 KG. I went through three ACL injuries, multiple surgeries, and some of the hardest periods of my life. Instead of staying there, I committed to rebuilding myself completely.
For over 8 years, I dedicated myself to training, recovery, nutrition, and understanding what real transformation truly requires — physically and mentally. Along the way, I earned multiple professional fitness certifications and committed myself fully to this industry.
Chapter One was built on that journey. I did not just study transformation — I lived it. Every client who joins is starting their own Chapter One, and I understand exactly what that takes.
